▪︎ The charm itself is SO cute. It's pretty small, just like the description said it would be, the gold has a lovely high gloss finish, and the red is vibrant and opaque!

▪︎ The customer service was absolutely terrific! I reached out about something regarding shipping, and without even realizing it, JB Jewelers had already taken care of it.
