▪︎ I was so excited when I saw it here for $75! Also, with my new customer promo code, I actually ended up only paying $68! Which is fantastic, & MUCH MORE reasonable!
▪︎ The charm itself is SO cute. It's pretty small, just like the description said it would be, the gold has a lovely high gloss finish, and the red is vibrant and opaque!
▪︎ Packaging was superb, gift wrapped beautifully with a cleaning cloth, unique jewelry box, & thank you note included!
▪︎ The customer service was absolutely terrific! I reached out about something regarding shipping, and without even realizing it, JB Jewelers had already taken care of it. They responded almost immediately, with a very friendly message letting me know that the "issue" had already been corrected & made right.
▪︎ The customer service ALONE is enough of a reason to purchase more jewelry in the future. Many other online stores have nice items, but receiving customer service from people who actually care about your overall shopping experience is a rarity these days and makes all the difference.
